Summary:
Do you love the world of powersports, auto or marine mechanics, and possess a strong desire to grow? We are looking for an experienced technician comfortable working on Malibu/Axis Boats, Outboard engines from Suzuki, Mercury, Sea-Doo, Yamaha PWC and many more top tier OEM Boat & engine brands! You will be responsible for repairing and servicing Pontoon, Wake, Pwc and Fishing Boats.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Properly inspect and report on unit diagnosis the first time.
· Very strong electrical diagnosis required.
· Repair and service units in a timely manner in accordance with flat rate times.
· Be aware of all service bulletins and check for their completion.
· Keep work area clean.
· Correctly clock in/out on Lightspeed
· Pull units in/out daily.
· Advise on additional work needed on all repair orders.
· Remain current with all required certifications.

- 3-5 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for C level tech.
- 5-8 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for B level tech.
- 8-10 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for A level tech.
- Must own master set of tools for B and A level tech.
