Position: Market Administration Coordinator
Monogram Health is seeking a market administration coordinator who will be responsible for managing the administrative needs for a given region. The market administration coordinator organizes the hiring for nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers in their assigned pod territory as well as the offboarding process. This individual will be accountable for managing expense reports, staff time off requests, and ensuring staff members have the necessary equipment and PPE to perform their job. He/she must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
This individual will be responsible for tracking and providing analytics to regional leaders on staff productivity and utilization. The area performance manager will work closely with the area performance manager and region performance director to support initiatives within their assigned area. He/she is a leader within their assigned area will need to interface with clinicians daily to support operations and drive productivity.
Experience in healthcare in a care management, managed care and/or or home health environment are preferred. Must have experience analyzing performance and productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring and exits as needed for assigned area.
- Assist in logistics operations involved with distributing educational materials, biometric devices, productivity tools, and other physical materials to care management teams and health plan members.
- Measure, track and report out on staff productivity and utilization and proactively identify team members that are underperformers and outliers.
- Coordinate scheduling updates between field based clinical team members and centralized scheduling team members.
- Ensure timely review of mileage tracking and expense reimbursement for staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
- Microsoft Excel and Salesforce experience is preferred.
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- This position is remote but may require 25% travel within their given market.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is desired.
- Proven accountability for performance outcomes and exceptional organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
