About the Role
Kayhelt is building a marketing support team to help its sales field force win customers, strengthen product visibility, and grow repeat business.
The Marketing and Brand Lead will build the strategy, own the execution, and drive growth across priority brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaigns and launch plans for priority brands.
- Create sales tools that help representatives persuade and convert customers.
- Turn market and competitor insights into practical growth opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing activities with the field sales team.
- Track campaign performance, leads, orders, and repeat purchases.
Requirements
- Relevant degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong communication and planning skills.
- Evidence of campaigns delivered.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods is preferred.
