As a Marketing and Client Services Coordinator, you will be at the intersection of client engagement and brand development. This role combines proactive client support with strategic marketing efforts, giving you the opportunity to shape the client experience while amplifying our firm’s presence across multiple platforms.

YOU HAVE:
  • At least 2 years of experience in client services, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • A commitment to honing your business development acumen, driven by a genuine passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills—responsive, proactive, and approachable.
  • A creative mindset with strong writing skills, ideally with experience in social media content creation, SEO/SEM, or digital marketing.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with grace and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., customer relationship manager, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, content management systems).
  • The ability to work at least 40 hours per week.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
  • Client Services:
    • Serve as the frontline liaison for inbound client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and a high-quality experience.
    • Track and manage prospective client leads through the pipeline and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Proactively follow up with clients, identify sales opportunities, and provide detailed updates to the Client Team Director.
    • Collaborate with attorneys to align client needs with firm capabilities.
  • Marketing:
    • Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across social media and digital platforms.
    • Create engaging posts, blogs, and marketing materials that highlight the firm’s expertise and insights.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM strategies and targeted email campaigns.
    • Support attorneys with media preparation and ensure a consistent, professional brand presence.
