YOU HAVE:
- At least 2 years of experience in client services, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- A commitment to honing your business development acumen, driven by a genuine passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills—responsive, proactive, and approachable.
- A creative mindset with strong writing skills, ideally with experience in social media content creation, SEO/SEM, or digital marketing.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with grace and efficiency.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., customer relationship manager, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, content management systems).
- The ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
- Client Services:
- Serve as the frontline liaison for inbound client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and a high-quality experience.
- Track and manage prospective client leads through the pipeline and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Proactively follow up with clients, identify sales opportunities, and provide detailed updates to the Client Team Director.
- Collaborate with attorneys to align client needs with firm capabilities.

Marketing:
- Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across social media and digital platforms.
- Create engaging posts, blogs, and marketing materials that highlight the firm’s expertise and insights.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM strategies and targeted email campaigns.
- Support attorneys with media preparation and ensure a consistent, professional brand presence.
