Position Overview:
The Dealership Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing and promotional efforts to drive traffic, increase sales, and build brand awareness for the dealership. This individual will collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to create and implement marketing strategies that align with our dealership's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support vehicle sales, service, and parts departments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted promotions and seasonal sales events.
- Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and dealership goals, including customer acquisition and retention.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage and optimize the dealership’s website, ensuring it’s user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), crafting content and engaging with followers to promote dealership activities and products.
- Monitor and analyze digital advertising (PPC, display ads, retargeting) to ensure effective spend and ROI.
- Traditional Marketing:
- Plan and execute local advertising campaigns, including print ads, radio, and TV spots, in partnership with local media.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns to engage current and potential customers with promotions, news, and updates.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and manage dealership events such as test drive events, vehicle launch parties, customer appreciation events, and charity involvement.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including marketing materials, promotions, and staff coordination.
- Brand Development:
- Work to enhance and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the dealership’s marketing strategies fresh and innovative.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance metrics such as lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to adjust strategies and optimize results.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Liaise with the sales team to align on messaging and promotions that drive sales opportunities.
- Work closely with external agencies or vendors as needed for advertising, graphic design, and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive marketing or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Proficient in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying on top of industry trends and best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an asset.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
