Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Marketing to communicate within our community our services offered within our company. We are a short term rehab company and long term care company within the Malvern, AR area that offers speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy for both inpatient and outpatient care. We also offer long term care, hospice care and respite care. The ideal candidate will possess a background in this field and understand the types of insurances that our company accepts and be able to answer any questions that potential referrals and/or referral sources have on this subject. The ideal candidate will help with referral source growth, community projects and short term rehabilitation candidates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, analytics, and driven results. The Director of Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while effectively managing the marketing budget.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across various channels including social media, email, and print advertising.
- Oversee content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy for various platforms including websites ,blogs, and social media.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in referral execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Market face to face local doctor's offices, home health offices, local hospitals, and assisted living homes
- Involvement with any community activity that is being organized
- Join different civic groups to stay involved with the community

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
