The Role:
As our Kiosk Representative, you’ll be the face of our business in one of Scottsdale’s busiest shopping centers. Your primary role is to engage with potential customers, introduce them to our window treatment products, and create an inviting atmosphere that makes people feel comfortable and excited to learn more about what we offer. You’ll work to build rapport with passersby, listen to their needs, and guide them through our offerings, with the goal of setting appointments for consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, helping to create an inviting and warm atmosphere at the kiosk.
- Promote our window treatment products and services to potential shoppers, helping them understand the value we bring to their homes.
- Use your marketing skills to attract new customers through engaging conversations.
- Build meaningful relationships with potential clients, making them feel comfortable and confident in our services.
- Set appointments for in-home consultations with our team of experts.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the kiosk to create a clean and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A background or interest in marketing, sales, or customer service.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with people quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to and address customer needs.
- A genuine interest in helping people find solutions for their homes.
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
