Company Overview: Founded in 1984, Bennett Hospitality is a real estate development company focused on hospitality related projects. We own, develop, and manage a large collection of hotels, restaurants, and venues in Charleston, Savannah, and Montana with many additional projects in the pipeline.
Description: The Marketing Manager is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling Bennett Hospitality managed hotels. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to handle both the Mt. Pleasant Courtyard Marriott and the Residence Inn.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Manage various marketing channels like online advertising, social media, email marketing and website with consistent messaging, ensuring they align with sales objectives and brand guidelines
· Research prioritize and follow up marketing opportunities determining appropriate course of action, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
· Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators, track website and social media traffic, conduct SEO analysis and other relevant metrics, ensuring they align with sales objectives
· Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts and spending to ensure efficient resource allocation, recommending changes to marketing budgets based on hotel occupancy patterns
· Assist sales team with preparing proposals, generating reports and maintaining sales databases
· Facilitate group bookings, room blocks and event contracts
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree and two years of hospitality sales and marketing experience
· Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement, confidentiality and emotional maturity
· Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain balance among competing priorities
· Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business systems
· Requires reliable transportation for work and company errands
· Requires personal cell phone for text communications
· Must be able to work at a fast pace, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $62,500.00 per year
