Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across a portfolio of growing businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strategic thinking, operational execution, and a pulse on emerging marketing trends. The Marketing Manager will shape the voice of our brands, manage multi-channel campaigns, build CRM systems, evaluate pricing/programming, and collaborate closely with the executive team to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans
- Create and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals across multiple brands
- Set KPIs, track performance, and adjust campaigns to optimize results
- Oversee Brand Identity & Messaging
- Ensure brand consistency across businesses, platforms, and touchpoints
- Work with graphic designers and content creators to maintain visual and verbal identity
- CRM Design & Implementation
- Select, build, and manage a comprehensive CRM system for all customer-facing brands
- Use CRM to drive targeted marketing, lead nurturing, and customer retention
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Oversight
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement
- Oversee website content, SEO, email marketing, and paid digital advertising
- Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation
- Pricing & Program Evaluation
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess product pricing, promotional programming, and customer value propositions
- Recommend improvements or new offerings based on data and trends
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Events, and Customer Service teams to align messaging and objectives
- Serve as part of the Executive Team to contribute to organizational strategy and decision-making
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (preferred) along with relevant experience
· 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably managing multiple brands or business units
· Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and digital platforms
· Experience selecting, building, and managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
· Skilled in analytics, data interpretation, and ROI-driven marketing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
