We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to the growth of our clients and our agency.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional events
Coordinate promotional materials and manage timelines for campaign rollouts
Support market research and competitor analysis
Help organize and attend promotional events, ensuring brand consistency
Work closely with the marketing team to support branding strategies
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
Maintain clear communication with team members and clients
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing, promotions, or administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Creative mindset with attention to detail
