Position Overview
As a Master Craftsman, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks including painting, carpentry, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC work. The ideal candidate is well-rounded and well-trained in a variety of trades, reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks including drywall patching, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Conduct unit turns and rent-ready jobs, including appliance repairs, door/window installations, and basic home repairs.
- Follow standardized procedures or apply your own methods to complete tasks efficiently.
- Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction trades.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in painting, electrical, plumbing, and general construction.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
- Positive attitude, team mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
