Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in various aspects of home renovation, including home repairs, painting, drywall, flooring, and projects small or big for homeowner clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance work on single-family homes or duplexes for homeowners
- Provide excellent customer service when talking to homeowners and other team members.
- Assist with home renovations big and small including; demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, siding, decks, windows, and ect..
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance, home renovation, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks such as painting, drywall installation, flooring, siding, windows, doors, decks, kitchen, installs/repairs.
- Comfortable using power tools and hand tools safely.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
