Essential Functions
- Monitors inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and initiates replenishment orders as needed.
- Coordinates the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies across designated departments.
- Tracks and documents the movement of inventory to maintain accurate records and compliance with organizational policies.
- Communicates with vendors to resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays and ensures timely procurement of materials.
- Assists in preparing reports on inventory usage, stock levels, and supply costs to support decision-making and budget management.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements related to materials management.
- Supports cost-control initiatives by identifying opportunities to minimize waste and optimize supply usage.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in inventory or materials management, logistics, or a similar role required
- 1-2 years of experience with a procurement system preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze inventory data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
