Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week) Tuesday to Fridays in clinic, with occasional Monday and Saturday shifts as needed

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented, skilled Medical Assistant to join our practice. We’re seeking someone who is confident in foundational clinical skills, open to learning new protocols, and able to quickly adapt to our workflow. A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude is essential to thrive in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Room patients and collect necessary clinical data for the provider
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for procedures
- Assist with medical aesthetic treatments
- Provide post-treatment education and review aftercare instructions with patients
- Collect vital signs and body composition measurements
- Request and obtain medical records from patients’ PCPs or specialists prior to their appointments
- Monitor clinic email inbox and forward messages to appropriate team members
- Assist with IV therapy, injections, and phlebotomy
- Ensure exam rooms are fully stocked and inventory is maintained
- Follow up with patients after their treatments as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (required).
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office or medspa setting
- IV therapy, injections, and blood draws a MUST
- Oncology and medical weight loss experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, polished appearance and a warm, patient-friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable with computers/EHR
- Interest in aesthetics, laser therapy, or wellness medicine is highly valued.
