Duties

- Utilize Epic and other office software to manage patient data and streamline processes.
- Handle incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and providing information to patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist with medical coding tasks as needed to ensure accurate billing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance workflow efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in medical coding practices and terminology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Experience with office management tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multi-line calls efficiently.
- Knowledge of Epic or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
