each and every patient! The FXPT Front Desk Team is a direct representation of the elite care we provide. The Front Office Team is responsible for creating an excellent customer experience from start to finish. We require our team to follow our processes and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency across all of our clinic locations.
You will be responsible for working closely with the FXPT patients, Physical Therapists and Office Coordinators to ensure communication, consistency, teamwork and ultimately exceed our patient’s expectations.
Schedule: Part Time - Evenings

- Maintain a friendly upbeat mood while demonstrating professionalism with patients and employees
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and takes initiative to complete tasks and protocol accurately and thoroughly
- General knowledge of FX Physical Therapy services
- Follow proper procedure for patient intake at the beginning of their appointment
- Properly collecting patient copays, deductibles and/or past due amounts in POS system
- Follow up and reschedule all appointments that have been cancelled
- Ensures that the clinic is kept clean, neat and organized
- General knowledge and ability to verify insurance benefits for all new patients

Experience:
- Preferred knowledge and interest of physical therapy field but not required
- Preferred experience and knowledge of verifying insurance benefits but not required
