Overview:

In this key clinical role, you’ll ensure the quality, safety, and precision of radiation therapy delivery—contributing directly to patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive clinical medical physics support in radiation oncology.
- Utilize treatment planning systems and verify dose distribution and calibration.
- Oversee daily equipment QA, calibration, and maintenance.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, research, and process improvement projects.
- Lead installation and commissioning of new radiation therapy equipment.
- Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and patient safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Medical Radiation Physics from an accredited program.
- ABR Certification in Therapeutic Radiologic Physics (or eligibility with exam timeline).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in medical physics.
- Experience with Elekta/Accuray systems preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience in IMRT, SRS/SBRT, and IGRT.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and independent decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills in a multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some evening/weekend coverage may be required

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
