Summary
We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at 14 Street Medical Arts. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our medical facility, ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient practice management. Your leadership will be vital in supporting our mission to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice to ensure efficiency and quality patient care.
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Implement and maintain effective practice management systems and procedures.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve patient experience.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong financial management skills with a focus on budgeting and revenue cycle processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare management software; experience with Dentrix is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $94,074.00 - $105,164.00 per year
