Here at Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery, we are an established Aesthetic Medical Practice, dedicated to proving top-quality cosmetic and reconstructive treatments. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office and be passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a clinical environment:
- Greet patients and handle check-ins and check-outs in a professional, courteous manner
- Manage medical appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient billing and insurance claims.
- Maintain patient Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure efficient clinic operations
What we are looking for:
- Medical Receptionist experience, preferably in an aesthetic or cosmetic surgery practice office with 2 + years experience
- Proficient in EMR systems and healthcare scheduling software, i.e. Nextech
- Strong understanding of insurance verification and medical billing procedures
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality protocols
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
