Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals and patients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the medical industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical practices, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and educational sessions to educate customers about our products and their benefits.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate complex medical information to customers, including healthcare providers and patients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and product usage data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and effective marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the medical industry, including new technologies, treatments, and regulations.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
Skills:
- Proven track record in medical sales with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to demonstrate products and provide product education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work outside the office and manage a territory.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer retention and growth.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or business administration.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
