Job Summary
The Front Desk Associate at Pure Skin and Aesthetics is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. This role serves as clients’ first point of contact and is vital in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the spa.
Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, greeting by name as much as possible.
- Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service selection.
- Provide information about spa services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using spa management software.
- Manage appointment calendars and coordinate with service providers to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with inventory management of retail products and spa supplies.
- Ensure compliance with spa policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with spa staff to coordinate client appointments and address special requests.
- Assist with other spa-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, salon, or healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using spa management software and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
