Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries
· Schedule guest appointments
· Maintain and help grow client databases
· Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency
· Host events and parties
· Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow, preparing bank deposits, etc.
· Answer multi-line phone system
· Constantly multi-tasking
· Maintain the cleanliness of the spa
Requirements:
· Must have at LEAST 1 year of spa experience
· Meevo 2 Software experience a plus
· Friendly and welcoming personality
· This is a very busy spa, must be able to handle pressure well
· Weekend availability is a must
