Front Desk Hospitality Professional (Part-Time)

We are seeking part-time hospitality professionals to join the guest services team at The Spa at Yellow Creek, a luxury wellness destination known for its 5-star service standards and exceptional team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role at the heart of our operations, where you will be the main point of contact for our guests and an essential support to our talented service providers.
This position is ideal for:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle all phone and email inquiries
- Become a product and service expert to assist guests with personalized recommendations
- Schedule and rebook appointments, including group bookings
- Maintain accurate data entry and electronic documentation
- Oversee inventory control and ecommerce order fulfillment
- Coordinate guest confirmations and follow-ups
- Balance appointment books and run daily reports
- Support daily administrative duties and uphold corporate standards
- Resolve guest concerns with grace and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience with a guest-first attitude
- Highly professional in appearance, behavior, and communication
- Strong interpersonal and phone skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile/tablet operating systems
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred
- Able to multitask and perform under pressure
- Flexible, perceptive, and solutions-oriented
- Experience in spa, salon, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred
Availability Requirements:
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential
- Availability is a key factor in hiring decisions
- Weekly schedules remain consistent once set
- Tuesdays 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Thursdays 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Fridays 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Saturdays 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Optional Additional Hours:
For those seeking more hours, we offer Opening Gym Attendant shifts on select weekdays starting at 5:30 AM, focused on facility readiness and early-morning guest support.
