Job Summary:
The Membership Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for managing the enrollment process for new and returning members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in membership data, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current members, assisting with applications, renewals, eligibility verification, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new membership applications, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations in accordance with organizational policies.
- Accurately enter and maintain member information in the database, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding membership options, benefits, and status.
- Assist potential members in understanding eligibility requirements, pricing, and available membership plans.
- Prepare next day reports
- Coordinate with billing or finance departments regarding membership payments, refunds, and invoicing issues.
- Prepare and distribute welcome packets, membership cards, and renewal notices.
- Generate and maintain reports on membership growth, retention, and demographics.
- Support membership marketing efforts by assisting with outreach campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Ensure members are informed of upcoming renewals, benefits, and organizational updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve the enrollment process and enhance the member experience.
