Role Summary/Purpose:
This Messaging Representative position is responsible to deliver to new and existing partners the benefits of our products so that they will in turn drive product engagement within their business. This role will partner with our various sales teams and Sales Leaders to provide consultation, analytics, program awareness reporting to the clients within the assigned accounts to increase applications, sales and/or engagement for the portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telephone consultations with providers to educate them on the value and workings of CareCredit.
Provide a superior professional customer experience while engaging with providers.
Establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of customer types.
Receive and implement constructive feedback from sales managers and coaches
Assist in client escalation and resolution processes
Utilize call guides and product knowledge to provide practices with product recommendations in alignment with the campaign topic.
Identify practice development opportunities and assign to PDS/PDM for follow up
Deliver on Quality Assurance standards set forth by the organization
Capture all client interactions in Salesforce.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience required.
The required availability hours for this role are Monday – Friday 6am – 5pm AZ time with the willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime
Demonstrated ability to use various software programs, such as customer tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Characteristics:

Knowledge of CareCredit products
Excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and pressured work environment
Spanish/English fluency
Grade/Level: 04
The hourly rate range for this position is $21.50 - $26.50/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
