Overview
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating metal components and working with various tools and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and specifications while adhering to industry codes and standards.
Duties
- Fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Operate machinery such as press brake machines, rigs, and other fabrication tools.
- Measure materials using calipers and micrometers to ensure precise dimensions.
- Work with metal to create hoppers, guide rails, feeders and other structural components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols on the construction site.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards.
Experience
- Experience in metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with operating press brake machines and other fabrication equipment.
- Experience operating mills, grinders, and other machining equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience working in manufacturing/industrial is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.35 - $27.17 per hour
