CNO Financial Group’s Marketing Department is hiring a Mgr, Digital Marketing who is responsible for driving lead generation through integrated digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, contextual, email, and programmatic efforts. This role focuses on increasing traffic to CNO websites and generating high-quality prospects to support new customer acquisition. This role will work with both internal and external partners to create and implement a variety of digital marketing campaigns including special localized campaigns to support lead generation and premium growth for our Bankers Life brand.

As a Mgr, Digital Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
Owning a broad set of digital marketing initiatives that include paid social and other online advertising vehicles, with a special focus on localized paid programs.
Analyzing and tracking results to meet or exceed revenue targets and improve ROI.
Coordinating and monitoring the work of external agency partners and aligning them with internal teams and business objectives.
Creating and driving execution of integrated marketing programs, aligning teams across owned and/or paid channels for amplification (e.g., creative, social, blog, and web/lifecycle marketing).
Leading the development and driving the execution of digital advertising campaigns to drive conversion and sales leads, with a special focus on localized and geographically significant campaigns.
Leading the analysis and managing budgets and the prioritization of paid social, paid search, and other digital efforts.
Accountability for meeting annual revenue/NAP objectives and expense targets
Evaluating emerging technologies and introducing new advertising opportunities in the digital advertising space and with lead aggregators.
Identifying KPI’s, trends, and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
Leading the production of a continuous cycle of testing ad creative, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, and other insights to optimize campaigns.
Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, continuously optimizing based on key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and overall return on investment (ROI).
The Mgr, Digital Marketing position is well-suited for you if you:
Have a solid track record of devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert.
Have prior experience with lead aggregators and d lead programs.
Can manage through influence with both internal and external partners.
Possess skilled digital marketing knowledge that includes setting up and optimizing PPC Ads, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and others.
Can manage schedules and timelines for the creation and implementation of advertising content across multiple channels.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience supporting the strategy, development and execution of digital advertising campaigns including writing, executing, and helping develop strategies for those campaigns.
The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, balance multiple projects, and introduce new ideas.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
What will set you apart:
7+ years of experience supporting the strategy, development and execution of digital advertising campaigns including writing, executing, and helping develop strategies for those campaigns.
Demonstrated success in testing new advertising programs and growing them into always-on lead drivers.

Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
