Mobile Growth & Operations Manager

You'll work directly with the founder, helping manage and grow our portfolio of US clients.

Your main

responsibilities

• Apple Ads: Manage campaigns, budgets, keywords and performance optimization.
• ASO: Keyword research, App Store listings, competitor analysis and creative briefs.
• Client Reporting: Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities using Claude AI Skills.
• Client Communication: Own day-to-day Slack conversations, requests and deliverables.
• AI & Automation: Use Claude and other tools to streamline workflows and improve how we operate.

Beyond client work:

Help us grow! Depending on your skills, you could support sales, lead generation, SEO, AI-generated content, LinkedIn, YouTube and website updates.

What success looks like: Happy clients, strong campaign performance, reliable communication and someone who takes ownership without needing constant direction.

We'll provide training, videos and proven workflows. You bring the initiative and problem-solving skills.

Who We're Looking For

Mindset matters more than experience. We can teach Apple Ads and ASO. You bring the curiosity, initiative and drive.

• Problem solver: Resourceful, independent and able to figure things out.
• Excellent English: Confident communicating with US clients on Slack and calls.
• US sports & crypto: Follow the NFL, NBA, betting or crypto? Huge head start!
• AI enthusiast: Excited about Claude, ChatGPT and automation.
• Analytical: Comfortable with numbers, data and performance metrics.
• Organised & reliable: Own your work, manage deadlines and deliver results.
• Ambitious: Hungry to learn, take responsibility and grow your career.

Bonus points: Experience with Apple Ads, ASO, Google Ads, Meta Ads or any performance marketing. AI automation and mobile marketing experience are also big advantages.
