Job Title: Mobile Technician Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Mobile Technician Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in performing preventative fleet maintenance on fleet vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate will also diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles, including various types of diesl trucks and small light duty vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preventative fleet maintenance on mobile vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on fleet vehicles.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
- Proven experience in vehicle repair and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of vehicle operating systems and mechanics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
