The NA Compliance Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Play a key role in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Long Range Planning activities and supplies financial support to the NA Compliance Strategy team
- Develop and maintain financial metrics to provide transparency to compliance related profit impacts to the Brand and
- Product Development operating and financial teams
- Communicate program position to Senior Management, FP&A, and Compliance Operations teams
- Conduct special studies and ad hoc reporting for fuel economy related actions
- Ensure Program definitions are consistent with cash-in hypothesis (selling price, mix, volumes, CO2/fuel consumption)
- Develop compliance related process and methods policies
- Point of contact for NA Compliance for all Stellantis business units

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related Business/Economic degree
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant finance work experience
- Proven technical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate exceptional data management skills
- Demonstrate exceptional written, interpersonal, and oral communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advance Finance degree and/or Finance or Accounting Certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with exposure to commercial and/or product development groups
- Minimum of 3 years of variance analysis experience (actual/budget/forecast comparison)
- Results oriented: must possess the ability to plan, develop, implement and measure results
- Work well on board based and diverse teams, both as a member and team lead
- Self-motivated, proactive and a self-stater
