- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe medication administration practices.
- Engage in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients leaving the healthcare facility.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with sterile processing of medical instruments and equipment to maintain safety standards.
- Phlebotomize patients as necessary for diagnostic testing.
- Provide care for patients requiring neonatal ventilator support, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Experience
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- A valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the relevant specialty area.
- Experience in assisted living or hospital settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
- Previous experience with medication administration, discharge planning, and sterile processing is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $103,823.04 - $150,000.00 per year
