New Client Intake Coordinator

Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management duties.
• Utilize software tools like for managing records and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations while handling sensitive client information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role such as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office software applications; is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
