About the Role:
As a Nurse at SSTC, you'll be at the forefront of providing vital medical and addiction care to individuals committed under MGL Chapter 123, Section 35. Your expertise will play a key role in supporting our mission to stabilize and guide individuals toward recovery, while helping them take steps toward a better quality of life. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of those facing substance use disorders (SUDs) while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including health assessments, medication administration, and clinical support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health and wellness, addiction recovery, and self-care strategies.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and health status in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with medical and safety regulations, providing a high standard of care at all times.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. with rotating weekends.

REQUIREMENTS
- RN or LPN License to practice in Massachusetts
- CPR/AED Certified
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass drug screening and medical clearance
- Must pass criminal background check
