Overview
JLL is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner to join our team. As an Occupancy Planner, you'll manage and forecast space requirements, drive efficiency, and provide strategic solutions for our clients' workplace needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supply, capacity, and demand of building, campus, or regional portfolios,
Develop and implement occupancy planning strategies,
Conduct space utilization studies and analyze data,
Prepare project status reports on seat demand, supply, and capacity,
Manage move requests and coordinate with facility management teams,
Generate client-facing content and deliverables for real estate decisions,
Utilize CAFM systems for occupancy planning and benchmarking,
Support dynamic occupancy planning strategies and technologies,
Manage space data and provide insights for tactical strategies,
Perform space planning using AutoCAD.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or related field,
5-7 years of experience in corporate real estate environment,
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel,
Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS systems,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload,
Experience with interior office renovations (highly desirable).

Estimated total compensation for this position:
105,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
