We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at Awning Works Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

- Coordinating construction site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Using construction management software Smartsheets
- Preparing and distributing construction schedules and reports
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Providing support to the construction team, including coordinating meetings and managing communication
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Ensuring timely and efficient completion of project
- Permitting Assisting

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
