- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computer systems for data management and reporting.
- Managing the office environment: Maintaining cleanliness, organizing furniture, and ensuring a functional workspace.
- Operating and maintaining office equipment: Troubleshooting problems with copiers, printers, and other equipment.
- Managing office supplies: Ordering and stocking supplies, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
