Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations including order entry, phone support, quotes and order tracking, customer follow-ups, and invoicing. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth internal operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Prepare and send quotes to customers
- Manage and track orders from entry through fulfillment
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Generate and send invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of customer communications and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or office management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order/invoice systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
