Office Administrator Job Description
LifeTalk Resource Center is a non-denominational, faith-based pregnancy resource center serving women, men, and babies in Frisco and surrounding areas. LifeTalk is a non-profit organization that is 100% donor-supported and provides all services at no charge to its clients. LifeTalk’s mission is to provide a Biblical view of pregnancy, sexual health, life, and marriage (as defined between one man and one woman) by offering programs and services to help women and men make life-affirming choices.
Job Summary
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for providing support and direction for all clients and volunteers, ensuring excellence in management and care for those LifeTalk serves.
Key Responsibilities
· Key point of contact for all clients and visitors at the Center
· Manage scheduling and required follow-up for all client appointments
· Build relationships and coordinate with other local pregnancy resource centers to share best practices and ideas to improve center operations
· Produce all necessary client reports from EKyros for monthly board meetings
· Monitor center's email and text for requests for services
· Manage and maintain a process for administrative and medical supply orders
· Process QuickBooks and bank account integration weekly
· Manage and reconcile QuickBooks weekly
· Track and maintain budget categories according to spending and provide reports to Executive Director as needed.
· Manage center documentation of finances for bills, checks, deposits, and receipts.
· Manage donor CRM database with donor contact information, donations, and letters.
· Manage relationship with cleaning company and manage routine maintenance and repairs needed in the center.
Qualifications
· Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
· Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity
· Agree and uphold the Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and policies of LifeTalk
· Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
· Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, specifically with integrated bank account management
Preferred Skills:
· Supervisory experience
· Background in bookkeeping
· Experience working in a non-profit environment
· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is desired
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
