We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage office management tasks including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering inquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to various roles as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
- Experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with staff and clients alike.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
