Front Office Administrator
Concept Dentistry is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. Experience working in the dental field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they enter the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed
