Dubin Clark is hiring an Office and Operations Manager in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide cross-functional support to the investment and business development teams. The firm makes control equity investments in branded niche manufacturing and specialty service companies with revenues from $5 million to $100 million.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Coordinate partner travel and expense reports
- Manage vendors, supplies, and scheduling
- Maintain organized internal documentation and assist with data entry
- Prepare professional presentations and reports for internal meetings using PowerPoint.
- Create, edit, and analyze financial and operational reports in Excel.
- Maintain organized documentation and assist with data entry as needed.
- Manage and update the CRM system to track deals, contacts, and follow-ups.
- Create one-page summaries and internal investment memorandums on opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint (presentations, investor decks).
- Experience with CRM systems (DealCloud, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar) preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Private Equity, finance, or professional services is a plus.
