Job Overview:
I am seeking an entry level candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide assistance with daily administrative tasks - including getting mail, data entry, document scanning and filing, ordering office supplies, among other various duties as assigned.
Position has the potential to advance with additional responsibilities.
Skills:
- - Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks
- - Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) required as well as Adobe.
- - Familiarity with document management systems
- - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- - Punctual and responsible
- - Good with people/Customer service
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
This is a very part time position. The ideal candidate would be very dependable, but very flexible with their hours and time worked and could accommodate the office's varying needs. Ideally - a person would be able to work 1-4 (maybe more if needed) hours a day Monday through Friday, however I could work with your specific schedule for the right candidate.
This position has no start date. I am looking for the right candidate to fill this position.
