We are currently hiring for a full-time Office Assistant position. The Office Assistant is a member of a small, close-knit team tasked with managing the daily operations of our company. This candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including maintaining the team calendar, filing and posting documents to the website, processing expense reports, and responding to customer service inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Provide office support.
- Answer general questions.
- Reproduce documents.
- Serve as a liaison between other departments and the public.
- Maintain phone logs, electronic calendars, and filing systems as necessary.
- Bookkeeping
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $300.00 - $700.00 per week
