Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Support event planning and coordination.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Experience:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in customer support or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with calendar management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
