Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing office equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and other special events.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Knowledge of office management principles and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in event planning is a plus
