Job Description
The qualified candidate will be responding to routine inquiries through calls, fax, email, and in-person from our Association Customers regarding their accounts, compliance, architectural submissions, gate remotes/code, pool cards, facility rentals and any other Association concerns. Assists our team and management with using established processes.
Duties may also include data entry, filing, distribute mail, scanning, researching, and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to management. Document inquiries, any correspondence, repairs, and service requests. They will track request statuses, follow up as needed, and report problems to management.
The qualified candidate will also be responsible for association billing, collections, working with the association’s attorney and compliance inspections.
Ideally, hours will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and at times work under pressure
- Strong process documentation skills
- Self-starter, organized, ability to work independently, dependability and reliable transportation is a must
- 1+ year of office experience and 2-year customer service experience interacting with people or customers
- High School Diploma or G.E.D Certification minimum.
- Professional attire
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
Some College education is preferred.
