We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to respond to clients needs in a timely manner, and set up appointments and follow through with team members to ensure that all jobs are completed in the appropriate amount of time.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Update all appropriate client information and billing information.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions with customers.
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Follow through with team memebers to ensure that clients needs are met in a timely manner, and that the team stays on track.
REQUIREMENTS:
