Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Sort, distribute, and send mail and packages
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Greet visitors at the front desk and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Support office management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
