Position: Office Clerk
Location: United States (Remote)
Mercodia is a leading biotech company that specializes in developing and producing high-quality diagnostic kits for diabetes and obesity research. We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Pay: $28.37 - $33.27 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing emails, faxes and calls
- Process and organize incoming paperwork and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle office inventory and supplies
- Assist in preparing and organizing company presentations and reports
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of information and communication
- Run errands and perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of administrative/clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
