We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to perform the following responsibilities. We are looking for an energetic professional who seeks to apply and develop their skills and contribute to a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizes Microsoft Office products and other software programs for business/operational reporting.
- Organizes and maintains business and personnel files.
- Compiles and maintains records of business transactions (i.e. receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements,
- and checks).
- Manages initial project set-up and contract/customer information within accounting system.
- Manages business and contractor licensing procedures and documentation
- Manages accounts receivable and collections.
- Answers incoming telephone calls.
- Orders and maintains office supplies.
- Manages office supply vendors.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in the office practices and principles of a contractor business.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel; ComputerEase a plus.
- Possess a high level of presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment to resolve challenging issues and meet client goals.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently.
- Must be organized, efficient, and demonstrate strong time/project management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
